If you are not satisfied with the results of our repair service, you may request a reevaluation within 7 or 14 days of receiving your repaired TV. Our team will inspect the issue and provide a solution, which may include additional repairs or service adjustments at no extra cost.
Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- If we are unable to repair your TV due to technical limitations.
- If parts ordered for your TV repair are unavailable or discontinued.
- If you cancel your service before the repair process begins.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 or 14 days of the repair or cancellation date. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
Please note, diagnostic fees, labor charges, and shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
